Magnus Groups (“we,” “our,” or “us”) aims to deliver your orders safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regional transit regulations. This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all products purchased across our diverse business verticals via magnusgroups.com.

Shipping Methods & Channels

Due to the highly diversified nature of our product portfolio, shipping methods are strictly categorized based on the item type:
  • ​Standard Consumer Goods (Home Care, Detergents, & Perfumes): These products are shipped nationwide across India using reputed third-party courier services (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post).
  • ​Specialized Agricultural Goods & Farm Produce: Standard courier services are not applicable for bulk agricultural commodities or specialized farm products. These items are strictly fulfilled via Ex-Farm/Ex-Factory Pickup (Direct Buyer Pickup) or through authorized specialized commercial transport vehicles arranged mutually at the time of order confirmation.
  • Certified Gems & Stones: Shipped via specialized, fully insured, and high-security courier channels to ensure tamper-proof delivery.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Consumer Goods: Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time ranges between 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on the buyer’s geographic location.
  • ​Specialized Agricultural & Farm Products: Delivery or pickup schedules are determined mutually based on harvest cycles, availability, and transit clearances. The Company shall not be held liable for transit delays arising from regional administrative checkpoints, agricultural board inspections, or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Charges & Transit Risks

  • Standard Orders: Shipping fees (if applicable) are dynamically calculated based on consignment weight and destination, and will be displayed transparently on the checkout page before payment.
  • ​Bulk Agricultural & Specialized Shipments: Logistics costs, freight charges, and handling fees are managed directly by the buyer or quoted separately based on the transit arrangement.
  • ​Transfer of Risk: For bulk agricultural, farm produce, and specialized commodities, the entire risk of transit, product condition, and logistics management transfers completely to the buyer the moment the goods are legally inspected and successfully loaded onto the transport vehicle at our facility/farm gates.

Tracking & Documentatio

  • For shipments handled via standard courier networks, a tracking number and link will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
  • ​For bulk agricultural and specialized commodities, official gate passes, transport invoices, and mandatory transit permits will be handed over directly to the buyer or their authorized carrier at the point of loading.
