Limitation of Liability

  • Magnus Groups and its directors, employees, or logistics partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
  • ​Once bulk specialized products, farm produce, or certified commodities are legally inspected and formally handed over to the buyer or their designated carrier at our facility/transit loading points, the entire risk of transit, handling, and subsequent condition transfers entirely to the buyer.

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India.
  • Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or purchases made herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kollam, Kerala, India.
