Return Policy:
We offer a 7-day return policy for most of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the item.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email/SMS to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the product is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
